Shelby, I didn?t know you as well as everyone else and I wish I had. I think back to my time in Sigma, when I first transferred and how excited/ scared I was during recruitment. I remember sitting in the back halls with you and talking and laughing. I remember crying when you and Kristen sang Flashlight on pref night. I remember before we took our big group picture over the summer I stood with you not knowing who you were. You were so kind to me and talked as if we were close friends. You and Kristen were big little goals and I always admired that. Also I admire your love for God and how you never forgot about him and continued to praise him even when things got tough. I am blessed to call you a sister and I can?t wait to see you again. Fly high sister!

I just can?t wrap this around my mind or heart...Shelby will always be remembered, her heart warming welcome and smile always made us feel like family. Although we are new to the area, she had a way of making my family feel at home when we dined at the family restaurant. Apart from anything else, she had a way of effortlessly connecting with people in seconds. Her smile, open heart and spirit weighs on our hearts and I will truly miss her on this earth but to be seated by our Heavenly Father is a greater place! Shelby we love you and thank you for greeting my family with love and your precious time while we had it, holding those short memories dear in our hearts forever.

It has been a very long time since I saw Shelby, but just listening to Kayla, my granddaughter, memorialize her is a tribute to Shelby's faith, integrity and friendship. To her parents, you must know what a wonderful young lady you raised. My heart pours out to you and I pray that God will help you find comfort in knowing this as he wraps you in his arms and holds you for no matter how long you need him.

We have known Ms Shelby for a little over a year, but we have had dinner with her every week. A loving, caring soul who will truly be missed. I can imagine her running into her Savior's open arms has He welcomed her to everlasting peace.
To Joey, DeeDee, Seth and the rest of the family - our prayers are with you now and always.

I did not know Shelby personally and yet her story touched my life in such a way that my heart hurts for all of her family and friends. She gave in life and death. God performed many miracles from her life in that so many were saved by the grace of God and now their names are written in the Lams Book of Life! Shelby was a organ donor so even in death she gave life! This is a incredible story of how a child of God can change lives even after they have gone to be with the Lord! To all of her family I love you with all my heart and pray for God to comfort each of you! Shelby will always be in your hearts until you join her to be with our precious Lord!

Miss. Shelby,

I was truly blessed to have had the opportunity to meet you and know you for the short period of time I was given to do so. Your bubbly personality was infectious and your smile radiated the room. Your interaction with people was amazing. I don't believe there was ever such thing as a "stranger" to you. You spoke to everyone and by the time it was time for them to depart from you, they felt like y'all had been friends your entire life. You were a "gift" from God and not just for your dad, moms, brothers or grandparents, but for "EVERYONE"! It seems we never know the lives we touch, or just how we have impacted them until we come to a time such as this, but the lives, hearts, and souls you have impacted are numerous and I just thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to be one of the ones to be touched by you. Rest in peace, Miss. Shelby. You'll never be forgotten and will be truly missed.

Shelby is and always will be my best friend. She was the kindest soul and I will forever miss her. She has taught me many things and one thing being that I can go on and live through her strengths and accomplishments. Shelbs was one person that every time I was with her made life more exciting and fun. Knowing shelbs and loving her helps me know that she is happy and healthy with our lord and savior. She will always be with us and it is with great strength from God that she will always be with us and help guide us through life just like He did for her. She was brought to earth to save and change lives and even though she has left us she continues to save lives and watch over all of us. She is and was a beautiful soul and she will forever hold a special place in my heart. She will forever me my best friend and even though ?Squad? is broken I know she will help us know that we have each other to lean on and that we will see her again soon.

Shelby, you will forever be in my heart, and soul. You will always be the happy little girl dancing and playing with my baby girl Mallori. You touched our lives with your sunshine personality and your caring heart. To see how many lives you touch in your short lifetime has really made an impression on me and I can only hope to make that same impression. Through your testimony you have encouraged me to be more bold with mine. I love you baby girl and I will miss you greatly. ?Aunt? Alana
