Diane Peterson
died December 9, 2017

Diane Lee Peterson of Magnolia, Texas, passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2017, at the age of 72.

Diane was born on August 14, 1945, in Houston, Texas, to Claude and Betty Niederhoffer. She married James Peterson in 1970 and started a family. Aside from her 47 year marriage, she was employeed at the Magnolia Independent School District where she worked for 20 of those years. In her spare time, she loved tinkering with wood, using her own tools to build things here and there. She was a very special woman; wife, mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend to so many. She will be greatly missed by everyone whose lives she touched.

She is survived by her loving husband James, son and daughter-n-law Jeff and Amber Peterson, son Edward Peterson, grandchildren Kara, Devon, Destiny and Zoey, brother Kenneth Niederhoffer, sisters Rebecca Henson and Betty Jean Brotherton, as well as countless nieces and nephews.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Diane, Sunday, December 17, 2017, from 2:00 until 5:00, at the Magnolia Community Building, located at 422 Melton, in Magnolia, Texas. A balloon release is scheduled for 4:00pm. Students and staff of the Magnolia sixth grade campus are all welcome and encouraged to attend.

We invite you all to join us as we reflect upon, and honor the life that she lived.

Thank You,
The Peterson Family
