To the Hagen family - I am so sorry for your loss! I was so thrilled with Gordon returned to church, and I loved hearing all of his stories! All of you are in my prayers.

Jul 8th 2017 I can't imagine that day was the last day I met him, I use to cut his hair for nearly 20 years, he was very active and happy every time I talk with him, I will be sad to see him no longer, I miss him so much

Consistent. Steady. Good words to describe Gordon. We have known one another since your children were very young, riding a Sunday School bus to church in the Heights. You gave them the best example of all when you took them off the bus and put them in the car to attend as a family. Your faithfulness to follow Christ will continue to make a difference for generations. I will think of you each time I see "your" spot in the sanctuary. Blessings and hugs for Betty and your extended family.

It was truly my pleasure knowing you all these years. I enjoyed the talks you and I had. They meant so much to me and taught me things I never knew. You were a wonderful husband, dad, grandfather, and friend to many. You will truly be missed and heaven just got another amazing angel. Rest in peace Gordon. I pray for Betty, Jerry, Stephen, Kerry. My heart goes out to all of you.

I went to work for Mr. Gordon as delivery driver and left as Son. The wisdom of life's principles he bestowed upon me, are forever ingrained into my heart. I now carry the torch he has passed which is to present myself as living sacrifice. I am forever grateful for his friendship, guidance and love. Rest well Gods faithful servant. To the family, know that my prayers are with you. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal. May the love of God continue to comfort you.

Gordon Hagen gave me my first job in November of 1975. He became my friend and my mentor at that time and his impact on my life and the life?s of many others will continue beyond his passing.
He valued hard work, integrity, and family and would sometimes dish out a harsh word to himself or others for not living up to these standards. I have fond stories involving fishing and/or working on cars but his biggest impact on me was just watching him live his values.
I will miss him.
